Gado-gado


Gado-gado is a traditional dish in Indonesian cuisine, and is a vegetable salad served with a peanut sauce dressing, eaten as a main dish. It is widely served from hawkers carts, stalls (warung) as well as in restaurants both in Indonesia and worldwide. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gado-gado

Materials:

* 50 grams of bean sprouts, remove the roots, brewed with boiling water, drained
* 150 grams of kale, cut, boiled, drained
* 150 grams of spinach, pick the leaves, boiled, drained
* 200 grams pare, seeded, trimmed
* 1 fruit squash, boiled
* 1-2 tablespoons fried onions
* 3 eggs, boiled, peeled
* Crackers


Seasoning Sauce:

* 200 grams peanuts, fried
* 2 pieces red chili
* 5 fruit chili sauce
* 1 teaspoon salt
* ½ teaspoon shrimp paste
* 200 cc boiled water


How to Make:

* Sauce: all sauce ingredients except boiled water, mixed and mashed until smooth. After smooth, just enter the boiled water. Stir well and cook until boiling, stirring frequently, lift.
* Mix the sauce and vegetables, stir well
* Serve in a dish, add the egg slices, sprinkle with fried onions and chips squeeze on it.
