Fresh Fish

Nutrient content of fish is very high, so it is recommended to be consumed in sufficient quantities. The high protein and vitamin content of fish is very helpful to the growth of children under five.

Sea-water fish are generally traded in a dead state, so it is necessary to care for attention in selecting fish for consumption.

The following tips on selecting fresh fish;

* If pressed, the meat was hard. Do not choose the already soft.
* Go to the gills, if the red color means the fish are still in a
fresh state. Ignore the color is pale gills or blackish.
* Note the fish eye, if clear and prominent is still fresh.
